As preparations for the 2016 DTM season continue, BMW Motorsport completed three days of testing at the “Circuito Monteblanco” in the southwest of Spain from Tuesday to Thursday. Two BMW M4 DTMs were in action, with BMW drivers Marco Wittmann (DE), Bruno Spengler (CA), Timo Glock (DE) and Augusto Farfus (BR) sharing the driving duties.

In what could be one of the most subtle proposals to come out of the DAMD tuning shop yet, the Japanese aftermarket company presented a rather tasty styling kit for the new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, which as you probably already know, is called ASX in Europe and RVR in Japan. DAMD's modifications include an aero/styling kit with a front lip spoiler, side sills a central rear apron with add-ons on both corners of the bumper, and a roof spoiler. All parts can be ordered in the same color as the rest of the car or in a matte black finish, which looks pretty cool on the white Outlander Sport pictured here.

The concept car combines the unmistakable emotional design of a Porsche with excellent performance and the forward-thinking practicality of the first 800-volt drive system. Key specification data of this fascinating sports car: four doors and four single seats, over 600 hp (440 kW) system power and over 500 km driving range. All-wheel drive and all-wheel steering, zero to 100 km/h acceleration in under 3.5 seconds and a charging time of around 15 minutes to reach an 80 per cent charge of electrical energy. Marco Wittmann (DE) experienced a special first: The 2014 DTM champion’s car featured the 2016 design at the test in Spain. From now on, he will race in the Red Bull BMW M4 DTM. This means that BMW Team RMG’s number 11 car now bears the look of Red Bull, Premium Partner of BMW Motorsport. The Austrian company has supported BMW in the DTM since 2014. In the same year, Wittmann celebrated clinching the title after winning four races that season at the age of 24.

2017 Peugeot 2008 SUV Facelift

The most efficient of the bunch is the PureTech 82 engine which when mated to a 5-speed automatic gearbox, sips just 4.4l/100 km. The PureTech 110 engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox also returns the same fuel consumption. Power varies between 110 hp and 130 hp for the petrol engines. As for the diesel engines, they are all 1.6-liter units which typically, come standard with a 5-speed manual. With that being said, a 6-speed auto is available on the BlueHDi 100 S&S model which consumes a mere 3.6l/100 km of diesel. A 6-speed manual is offered in the range-topping BlueHDi 120 S&S variant.
