ABT Sportsline Tuned New Volkswagen Up!

The Geneva Salon may not be the prime place for tuners, but it is one of the two most important motor shows in Europe together with the Frankfurt and Paris events that alternate each year, and as such, big players in the industry like ABT Sportsline always have something new to show. At this year's event, ABT will debut several new tuned models including the Volkswagen Up! and Beetle, and the Audi AS6 Avant and QS3 crossover.

 The tuning firm's proposal for Volkswagen's Up! city car encompasses both styling upgrades such as the somewhat over-the-top graphics and spoilers, and performance parts like the sports suspension and exhaust system. Likewise, the new generation of the Beetle benefits from an aero kit, 20-inch alloy wheels, a lowered suspension and a kit that boosts the 2.0-liter TFSI petrol engine's output to 240PS (237hp). For the Audi Q3, ABT says it has prepared a comprehensive package that includes a power kit for the 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that lifts output to 270PS (266hp), while the A6 Avant V6 diesel-based AS6 Avant comes with 360PS (355hp) and a full aero kit.
